*2025 CONTEST RULES

  1. Visit participating locations from May 1 to May 31, 2025 to receive a ballot to be entered to win free fish and chips for a year or one of fifteen $100 gift cards.
  2. Guests will receive one ballot, per visit per day. Each guest may receive a maximum of 31 ballots. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. “Fish & Chips for a year” is defined as a gift card value of $5,200.00 ($100 weekly, for 52 weeks) that will expire 1 year from issue. Issue will be on June 7, 2025, and will expire June 7, 2026. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
  4. $100 gift cards will expire 1 year from issue. Issue will be on June 7, 2025, and will expire June 7, 2026. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
  5. Winners will be selected by random draw at 11 AM EST at the Halibut House head office location 4410 Kingston Rd., Scarborough, ON, M1E 2N5 on June 6, 2025.
  6. Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided on the ballot. Winners MUST answer to win. A total of two call attempts will be made. If there is no answer — a new ballot will be drawn.
  7. Prizes must be claimed at the Halibut House head office location 4410 Kingston Rd., Scarborough, ON, M1E 2N5, within one month of draw date, July 6, 2025. Prizes not claimed by July 6, 2025 will be void.
